Three official sources, one schema
Italy is unusual: two provinces run their own cadastre. Most parcel products stop at the Agenzia delle Entrate WFS and miss them. We ingest all three sources and deliver one consistent layer, with currency stated per municipality.

The free tier requires the attribution "Data processed by Zornade". The commercial licence removes that attribution only: source attributions (Agenzia delle Entrate, OpenStreetMap, ISTAT, ISPRA, INGV) always remain required.

Frequently asked questions
Is the whole country covered, including Trento and Bolzano?
Yes. Italy has three cadastral systems: the Agenzia delle Entrate runs the one for 105 ordinary provinces, while Trento and Bolzano run their own, by state delegation. We ingest all three, harmonized into one schema: about 85 million parcels, 7,896 municipalities, including 803,774 parcels in Trento and 1,027,139 in Bolzano.
How current is the data?
The parcel layer is refreshed every six months, aligned with the source release cycles. Currency is stated per municipality, with the date of the last synchronization from each source. The API response always includes the data version.
What does it cost?
The REST API v2 is free: 10,000 requests per hour per key, up to five keys per account, GET only. The free tier requires keeping the attribution "Data processed by Zornade" visible. A commercial licence removes that attribution: it is annual, per user, and quoted on request.
What is the licence of the data itself?
Parcel geometry and identifiers come from official sources under CC BY 4.0 or equivalent terms, with attribution always required. Building footprints come from OpenStreetMap under ODbL 1.0. No licence, paid or free, removes the source attributions.
Can we cache and store responses in our own environment?
For internal operational use, yes. Redistribution of raw data to third parties is prohibited at every tier. If you need a bulk delivery instead of API calls, we offer one-time dumps of the parcel layer with scheduled refreshes under an enterprise agreement.
Why not build against the Agenzia delle Entrate WFS directly?
The official WFS is available, but it does not cover Trento and Bolzano, it is not designed for production workloads, and it gives you geometry only. What we add is the harmonized three-source layer, the enrichment sections, and a documented, free API with clear licensing.
