visura-api
The open source REST service for automating cadastral reports from the SISTER portal. AGPL-3.0-only code: anyone running it over a network must offer the source of the combined system.
The commercial licence lets you integrate visura-api into a proprietary product without publishing the source of the combined components, keep your modifications private, distribute the product and opt out of the network clause (AGPL §13), with updates from the upstream branch for the licence term.

Zornade data APIs
The API v2 (parcels, geocoding, administrative data) has a free tier of 10,000 requests per hour with the "Data processed by Zornade" attribution kept visible.
With the commercial licence the key moves to a commercially licensed plan and the zornade_attribution_required field becomes false: the attribution can be removed. Request limits stay the same as the free tier. Every API response carries the exact per-section licence map in its meta field.

The attributions that always remain

What exactly does the commercial licence remove?
For the data APIs, it removes only the "Data processed by Zornade" attribution required by the free tier. For visura-api, it removes the AGPL-3.0 obligations (publishing the combined source, the network clause). Source attributions remain required for everyone: no licence can remove them.
If I run visura-api internally, do I need a licence?
No. Personal and local use, use in compatible open source projects and batch scripts that do not expose network services to third parties are covered by AGPL-3.0 at no cost. The commercial licence is for putting a modified visura-api based service online without publishing the source of your combined system.
Can the source attributions be removed?
No, never. OpenStreetMap requires "© OpenStreetMap contributors" (ODbL 1.0), the Agenzia delle Entrate and ISTAT must be cited (CC BY 4.0), ISPRA and INGV require citation. The commercial licence removes only the Zornade line.
Can I redistribute raw data under a commercial licence?
No. The limits on redistributing raw data and on mass extraction stay in force for every tier, commercial included.
